What is the warranty coverage on MRCOOL products?
The MRCOOL DIY series typically comes with a limited lifetime compressor warranty and a 5-year parts warranty, provided the unit is registered within 60 days of installation.
What happens if my unit arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or unit, note it on the Bill of Lading before signing and contact our support team within 24 hours to initiate a replacement.
