At MRCOOL DIY Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cooling and heating solutions. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, uninstalled condition and original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully repackage your MRCOOL unit in its original shipping crate or box, ensuring all components, manuals, and hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the package and ship the item back to our designated distribution center via a tracked carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit has not been installed or damaged, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
